Many aspects influence how well we are. A major key to well-being lies within us – our natural ability to self-heal. With Energy Healing you are choosing a subtle way to reignite this power.

It is a completely natural process. Through the treatment, a flow of beneficial energy is passed on to the recipient. This enhances the potential for self-healing and in its own time allows your body to restore balance.

Healing Energy works on a deep level. As a complementary therapy it goes well alongside a regular medical treatment and it aims to treat the underlying cause, not only the symptoms. It can support you with a wide range of issues related to mind, body and spirit. And it is also a great way to de-stress and relax after an intense period of work and tension.

Benefits may show soon after a treatment. But depending on the underlying cause, it can take time for a fundamental change to happen and until you perceive an improvement in balance and health.

What happens during an Energy Healing session?

For in-person sessions you are invited to relax, sitting comfortably in a chair or lay on a couch. I will work with my hands off, but close to your body. With your consent, it may include a light touch of shoulders and feet. 

​

For online sessions, you can relax in your own, safe environment. Healing Energy will be channelled through the power of intention. Its effect can be as powerful as in person.

​

During the session you may feel some sensations - like warmth, coolness, tingling, or there may be an emotional release. Some clients may not feel much, but even then, the process is very effective.

A full session is usually 60 minutes and includes a conversation at the beginning, followed by the actual Healing act. A conversation afterwards will ensure that you are fully grounded and ready to go.

For some processes it takes more time to make lasting improvements and you may choose Energy Healing sessions for a longer period of time. A tailored plan with a price package for multiple sessions, payable in advance, can be discussed at any time.
